The Hoopla Partner API updates and enhancements are currently prioritized on an as-needed basis. See below for information from each individual release.

PLEASE NOTE: We’ve scheduled a sync between our Production and Staging environments, which will begin on Monday, February 23. The Hoopla Staging API will not be available starting on 2/23/2026 due to this update. We are estimating the sync will be complete by 2/27/2026. We do not anticipate any downtime with the Hoopla Production API.

We added release notes to the developer site and updated Swagger to include a release notes link. Our team also refactored the Content Info endpoint to be used only for Flex title availability checks. Finally, we validated a 500 Internal Server Error in Patron Management and applied a fix.
